We want you to love your Athliqo 2-in-1 Core Glider. If it’s not a match, here’s how we can help.

Return window

  • 30-day return window from the delivery date.

  • Item must be in new or like-new condition, with all parts, accessories, and original packaging.

What’s not returnable

  • Items showing excess wear, misuse, or damage (scratches, cracks, bent parts).

  • Final sale or gift card purchases.

  • Any item returned beyond 30 days without prior approval.

How to start a return
Email support@athliqo.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send a prepaid return label for eligible returns.

Refunds

  • After inspection, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the product arrived damaged/defective.

  • If returned missing parts or with wear that requires refurbishment, a 15% restocking fee may apply (we’ll notify you before processing).

Exchanges
Fastest method is to place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Defects & warranty

  • If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing issue within the warranty period, contact us at support@athliqo.com with photos/video.

  • Limited 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal, intended use (details below).

Limited 12-Month Warranty (Summary)
Athliqo warrants the 2-in-1 Core Glider against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, commercial use, and non-Athliqo accessories. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state.

Return address
Returns sent without authorization may be refused. We’ll provide the correct returns address when your return is approved.
