Processing times

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday by 12pm local time typically ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff, weekends, or U.S. public holidays ship the next business day.

  • Pre-order or back-order items will show an estimated ship window at checkout/email.

Estimated delivery windows (once shipped)

  • Standard: 4–14 business days ( FREE )

Shipping fees

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.

Order changes & address corrections
If you need to change/cancel your order or correct your address, contact us at support@athliqo.com within 1 hour of ordering. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. It can take up to 24 hours for scans to appear.

Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments

  • Marked “delivered” but not found: first check with household members, neighbors, and your carrier. If still missing after 72 hours, email support@athliqo.com

  • Damaged in transit: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.

Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
